The IDTL/RECL team have over 34 years’ experience in design and construction who are Chartered Professional Structural, Geotechnical and Project Delivery Engineer's holding CEng BSc (Hons), MICE, MAPM, CEng MIStructE, BSc(Hons), BSc(Hons) MSc GMICE FGS, PhD EngTech TIStructE, Network Rail UK Approved CEM / CRE (Design & Construction Professional Engineers) AIRSE (Institute of Railway Signalling Engineers).

As Multi-disciplinary Chartered Structural, Geotechnical Engineers and Project / Design management professionals we work in partnerships to Deliver Design packages & Trade products with partnering clients.

Our mission is to provide clients with 1st Class professional services to deliver work to clients on budget and to programme.

We provide professional engineering support to develop projects from building and structures, housing developments, Network Rail & Metro light rail projects and specialised design support to integrate products into existing services or infrastructure.

As part of our team we have Architectural, Electrical, Structural and Project Management professionals including BIM capability. We also have Balistic and Balistic Glazing suppliers to assist us.
